The diversity and inclusion (DI) committee will constantly look to help engage and improve our diversity across ALL committees, platforms and programs. The Chair of the DI will work with The Rugby Foundation (TRF) Executive Director along with the respective Chair’s of all sub-committees to recognize the importance of inclusion in TRF internally and externally. The DI will be sensitive to cultural needs, language (both written and spoken) and all other aspects including gender, age, physical, race, etc.
You will help support TRF executive team to constantly maintain an up to date guideline manual for operations.
